Engages Georgetown students and faculty in community-based research and service initiatives with public and nonprofit agencies;

Serves as a conduit between the university and community for internships and job placement;

Disseminates information on relevant public policy developments, research findings, promising management practices and replicable approaches to program delivery;

Provides scholarships to promising community leaders.

Co-sponsors the Washington Post Award for Excellence in Nonprofit Management with the Center for Nonprofit Advancement.
