  Certificate Program:Accommodations and Schedule

On this page you will find numerous accommodation options during your attendance at the Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate Program. You will also find detailed information regarding Spring and Summer 2012 Schedules.
 

Accommodations


For those students will be traveling to attend the program there are various housing options available. Please note that the rates are subject to change. Many students have had success finding good rates with internet travel sites such as hotels.com or travelocity.com. We suggest you make reservations if staying in a hotel as soon as possible to ensure availability and the lowest rates. Housing on Georgetown's main campus is available only for students attending the Summer Certificate Program. All options listed below are within walking distance to the program and there is also a free bus service that is provided for travel to Georgetown's main campus from most locations.

Campus Options

There are a limited number of single rooms reserved for Summer Certificate students on Georgetown University's main campus. Participants will stay in a single room equipped with a private bathroom. Cost of the room is subject to change but for the Summer 2011 session rooms were $62 per night plus an additional $10 for linen services. Linen service includes 2 bed sheets, 1 pillow and pillowcase, 1 blanket, 1 bath towel, and 1 bar of soap. Each participant who chooses this option must register and make payments through the Certificate Program. A form to utilize this housing option will be sent out following acceptance to the program.


Schedule

Schedules are different for the Spring and Summer 2012 sessions. Please click the links below to access each session's schedule. Please note that Spring classes will be held on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays on various weeks in February, March and April of 2012. Summer classes will take place from Saturday, June 9th through Saturday, June 16th of 2012. All classes in both sessions start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m.
