On March 2-3, 2008, the Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership ran a Nonprofit Leadership & Management Training for the staff of the Qatar Foundation’s Reach Out to Asia (ROTA) program.  ROTA, founded in 2005, focuses primarily on community development projects in Asia with specific emphasis on promoting global responsibility for basic, quality primary education.  Our program was customized to address the skills gaps identified by the organization’s staff and give them tools to help ROTA develop high-impact programs.
