LeaderBridge provides scholarships aimed at developing the leadership of Greater Washington Region nonprofits, with a focus on equity, access and impact. Supported by the Crimsonbridge Foundation, LeaderBridge provides full and partial scholarships for nonprofit leaders of color and of diverse backgrounds working at locally-based and locally-serving organizations. CPNL is continuing its partnership with the Micron Foundation to support nonprofit leaders of color who are working in one or more of the following fields: STEM, teacher diversity, literacy, or childhood poverty. Applicants’ organizations must be working, and physically located, in one of these communities to qualify for the fellowship: New York (entire state), Virginia (entire state), Idaho (entire state), Atlanta (metropolitan area), Washington D.C.; or they can be a current or previous Micron Foundation grantee. The Fellowship will include a full scholarship to the Summer 2024 Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate Program, hotel accommodations and a travel stipend (if needed), participation in a peer learning cohort, and the opportunity to apply for multi-year general operating support from the Micron Foundation.
