Monthly in-person workshops and an online resource library with 250+ tools and templates round out the broadest of our efforts. One-on-one custom support through virtual office hour conversations and consulting projects are available as well. Our consulting focuses on strategic planning, scenario planning, board and staff engagement, retreat facilitation, and program evaluation.

While Spur Local will work to support any community-focused nonprofit, we specialize in small and medium sized organizations, nonprofits at strategically important moments, and organizations that are proximal to the communities they are serving.
